20 min warm up, 25 min Threshold, 5 min cool down.
Today focus on cadence after find out my cadence were very low. Today running from my house to SMK Kepong (Form 6 school)
20 min warm up with 166 steps/min
25 min Threshold (10:08 min) with 170 steps/min, (5:09 min) with 167 steps/min, (6:55 min) with 174 steps/min, (3:47 min - last km) with 175 steps/min. Cool down 6:06 min with cadence of 154 steps/min.
Total up - 52:06.33 minutes.
Find out that most of the runner in Malaysia have lower cadence. Time to play around with cadence. Gonna push up to 190 at least with maintain the stride length.
